Take 10, presented here, is a complete run-through performed live at EMI studios Feb. There's A Place. Take 3. I Need You. Take 5. Yes It Is. Take 2. Take 2 is a performance. This was recorded live without overdubs and some instruments are hidden in the background.

The take 2 that surfaced is in very poor quality although it's found on stereo on some bootlegs. Never released, this was the Beatles' first attempt at recording an entire instrumental after reaching world-wide fame.

Take 2, recorded live without overdubs Nov. This is the only known surviving recording of the Beatles' attempt at the blues a la Rolling Stones. Strawberry Fields Forever. Acoustic Demo. The evolution of a masterpiece of studio work traced through eight separate takes in the order they were recorded.

Take 1 was recorded on Nov. Takes 2, 3 and 4 were recorded on Nov. At this point John had a very different song. One day later, takes 5 and 7 were recorded. John, still not happy with the sound, asked George Martin to score a brass and string section. Take 25, recorded on Dec. Take 26, recorded the same day, adds vocals and brings us close to the finished song, although George Martin eventually edited two versions together for the final incarnation.

Take 4. Across The Universe. An alternate mix with the extracts of the ' Hums Wild' Sounds effect recorded on the 04 Feb edited in. No Orchestration or Animal Sounds at this stage. The take on some discs is preceeded by John saying "You're right, Richie" and two exhales. Was originally planned for single release. This early mix has backward guitar sounds and differs from both the "Wildlife" and "Let It Be" versions. Listed as "Take 7, recorded on Feb.

It is far more better than my only other Beatles Bootleg called, Back Track 5. The SBF takes are Theres A Place (Take 13) - The Beatles - Back-Track Part Four I prefer this CD because it has more of my favorite songs on it than Back Joan Sutherland - Coloratura Spectacular / Death-Defying Soprano Arias / Die Entführung Aus Dem Sera 5.

What's listed here as track 9, is actually four separate tracks. And what's listed here as track 10 a medleydoes not play as a medley. They are separate tracks once again. Years ago I got this off a guy that owned a record shop in Toronto Canada I got Back-Track on 3 Maxell 90 mins tapes I still have them to this day, I was staying with a Danger Zone - Harold Lester - Hotter Than Hot and he had a Sony sound system with Pro Logic so it was 2 front 2 back and a center and he had it set up beautfuly I Saw Her Standing There Take 2 with the bit of chat it was like being there with his set up I think we stoped the tape went out and buy 6 bank tapes and pop and made copys of them so we woulsdn t damage the orginals Love to have a copy of the orginal CDs.

  3. There’s A Place encapsulates the drive and hunger of The Beatles in The song is full of the energy familiar to those who saw them live in Liverpool or Hamburg, and a sense of urgency and desire for success pervades the recording.
  4. Since there were four Beatles, some bright thinking bootlegger INVENTED this Back-Track 4, some three or four years after the wildly sucessfull volumes came into being. This bright thinking bootlegger, reboothed the original vols, adding new covers to them; John on one, Paul on another, and Ringo on the third.

You're Gonna Lose That Girl Beginning with a count from George, Take 3, recorded Feb. 19, , at the start of the "Help!" sessions, contains no reverb or electronic effects, and the bongo track runs throughout.
